Robin Aire & Lennox’s Feel The Love Program 2023 Winner

Robin Aire Service Company is a proud partner of Lennox’s  Feel The Love™ Program. This program asks the local communities and organizations to nominate an individual or family they feel is worthy of receiving a new HVAC system but cannot afford it for various reasons.

The Robin Aire team is proud to provide these upgrades to Michigan homeowners’ HVAC equipment by donating time and labor. Through our partnership, we help to keep this program successful in supporting our local community.

Giving Back With Feel The Love

This year’s recipient is an elderly community member living on her own in Milford. We installed a water heater and a Lennox furnace at her home. Her basement flooded after one of the summer storms, and her sump pump unknowingly went out in her basement.

By the time she realized there was a flood, both her original water heater and furnace were ruined from the water. Her insurance agent helped to advocate for her insurance claim, but her policy would not cover both units.

When our sales technician was out at her home to provide a quote for the insurance claim, he realized that she would be a perfect recipient for the Feel The Love program. The day before the installation, her thermostat measured the inside temperature at only 60 degrees, even with the help of a space heater!

We are so happy that we could help one of our own stay warm this winter through the Feel The Love program, and we look forward to participating in the program again next year.
