Meet The Leadership Team
Erin Gertiser
General ManagerErin is the General Manager of Robin Aire Service Company. After nearly 30 years working in a leadership role in mortgage banking, Erin joined the Robin Aire team in July 2016 as an administrative assistant. She thought it would be a wonderful way to support other leaders in an industry dedicated to helping people. Eventually, Erin was promoted to her current role where she is dedicated to serving others and humbled by the opportunity to work with and for her Robin Aire team members and our customers every day. Erin has learned everything she knows about HVAC since coming to Robin Aire, and is constantly looking for new ways to improve operations and build upon our successes.
When she is not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Erin and her husband are avid birders (bird watchers) and have taken trips across the United States, Canada, Spain and to Central America to increase the number of bird species they have seen. They are also having a blast watching their grandson grow up! Erin also enjoys playing guitar, singing, and spending quality time with their furry friends: 2 cats and 1 Labrador Retriever
Justin Chick
Install ManagerJustin is the Quality Control Technician and Lead Trainer at Robin Aire Service Company. He also sits on the curriculum council for Heartland Academy to partner with other HVAC companies under Heartland Home Services. This program provides entry-level technicians with proper training and development as they begin their career. Justin joined the Robin Aire team in September 2014, after thirteen years of working in HVAC prior to the leadership roles he now fills. Justin enjoys working at Robin Aire because of the amazing coworkers and the opportunity to provide solutions for Robin Aire customers. His work is driven by high expectations of quality and service.
When he is not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his family. In the summer, he enjoys quiet and peaceful places to camp in and around Ludington. Recently, Justin added a black Labrador to his family, so when he’s not busy at Robin Aire, he’s busy chasing after the new dog, Jake.
Keith Belt
Service ManagerKeith is the Service Manager of Robin Aire Service Company. After nearly 30 years working in a leadership role in the automotive services industry, Keith joined the Robin Aire team. He thinks it is a wonderful opportunity to master the HVAC industry and grow with the service team here. Keith enjoys working here because of the welcoming, family feel and the fact that he has felt accepted from his first day at Robin Aire. His work is driven by family, honesty, integrity, and loyalty.
When he is not working, Keith enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Whenever he has the chance, Keith likes to spend time outdoors, especially if it is to go hunting or fishing.
Ryan Rizzo
Dispatch/Call Center ManagerRyan is the Dispatch/Call Center Manager of Robin Aire Service Company. He joined the team in 2018 as a customer service representative, and enjoyed the logistics aspect of the business so much that he transitioned to working dispatch as well. He now leads our call center team and ensures we provide the 5-star customer service Robin Aire is known for. Before relocating to Michigan and coming to Robin Aire, Ryan worked as a transportation supervisor for a health care company in Florida.
Ryan enjoys working here because of the small office atmosphere that allows him to get to know and form close bonds with his coworkers. He loves that Robin Aire sees the true potential of all its employees and gives them the ability to grow and flourish in their career. His work is driven by loyalty, compassion, and balance. He values hard work, but also likes to have fun along the way.
Tony Kobolak
Warehouse ManagerTony is the Warehouse Manager of Robin Aire Service Company. He joined the team in 2017 working as a parts runner in our warehouse. He now leads our warehouse team and ensures we have every part and piece of equipment we need to provide our customers with the very best service experience.
Tony enjoys working here because it has given him the opportunity to grow his career and constantly learn on the job. He also enjoys working with everyone on the Robin Aire team. His work is driven by honesty, loyalty, and respect.
When he is not working, Tony enjoys trying new restaurants and taking his dog to the park. He also enjoys any chance to cook something new on his Traeger grill and watch any of the Marvel movies.
