Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems
- Service a variety of heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers
- Practice brand awareness and express knowledge of company deals and programs
- Work effectively to complete jobs in a timely, efficient manner

- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Hold OSHA and EPA certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Mechanically inclined and unwilling to cut corners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers daily
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a desire to learn
- Ability to pass a driving record check and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screenings
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive pay ($43,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year)
- Lucrative incentive program with additional earning potential of $3,000-$25,000/year
